about face
Things have been moving pretty quickly the past week or so, in every aspect of my life.
The show is done. The set is struck and another year of GFU Theatre is complete. All there is left is the theatre awards banquet and then that's it! Goodness...Macbeth moved so fast that my head is still spinning. 7 performances in one week...We ran a Broadway schedule in addition to being students and going to classes and whatnot...Our director says that we should be proud of ourselves for doing well. I say we should be proud of ourselves for living through it.
I'm applying in several different departments to work on campus this summer, cause I don't think I could spend another 4 months at home. If I did go home, I would be able to get my license/CAR (!), but as of right now, there is more of an incentive to stay in Newberg...Which brings me to next piece of news...
My Claddagh ring might be facing the other direction pretty soon, and I'm kinda stoked.
(If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's probably just as well cause I don't want a bunch of people knowing before it's official) Let's just say that Macbeth introduced me to some very amazing people...and by people I mean guys...and by guys I mean one guy in particular.
I just realized how rambly I sound, but that's alright. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around it, so just know that exciting things are happening and God is good. Woot!
