the countdown continues

Well, I had my first two finals today. Voice went really well (except that I forgot the words to one of the verses on my second song, but I'll be fine) and stagecraft was really fun. Our teacher divided the 12 of us up into 3 teams and we had to complete certain tasks in all the categories (paint, color, electric, lighting, etc...). Of course, I got black paint all over my favorite pair of jeans, but on the bright side, it's water based and should mostly come out. I'll still wear them if it doesn't though...looks kinda bohemian and cool...

ANYWAY, I have a math final tomorrow morning at 8 and I'm gonna study for it later tonight with Kim and Kayan and Kyle.

I went to the Coffee Cottage with Hannah this morning and we had a really good talk about pretty much everything. She's such an awesome girl and I'm so glad that I'm blessed enough to know her.

We had an awesome worship session in the lobby last night; it was great to see Eli and Adam come into the lobby and join in when they heard us start to sing. I love watching those boys worship; it's so honest and awe-filled.

I haven't seen Dylan yet today. We IMd for a little while and he told me that we'll "definately" hang out at some point tonight. I just like to think about how good it felt to have his head on mine last night...I like having friends that I can trust implicitly and be completley comfortable with. Hannah and I were talking about that this morning actually, and how it's amazing that some of the people that I've met here at school within the past three months are closer to me than alot of my friends at home that I've known since I was in first grade...it's mostly because they're so close to God and I can connect with them so much better. Still, I can't wait to go home and see everyone again. I miss Liz and Britt and Ana and it'll be good to hear what everyone's been up to the past few months..............................................
Only two more days and I'm on the plane home...FINALLY!
